The 4th local electoral district of Baja California is one of the 17 electoral districts in which the territory of the state of Baja California is divided. Its head is Mexicali.

Since the redistricting process of 2015, after the 2019 elections, it will be located in the municipality of Mexicali, specifically the western part of the urban area. [ 1 ]

Originally the 4th district corresponded to the municipality of Mexicali , to which it has always belonged. [ 2 ]
