The 69th Division was one of the divisions of the People's Army of the Republic that were organized during the Spanish Civil War on the basis of the Mixed Brigades . Located in front of the Sierra de Madrid, it did not have a relevant role.

Record

The unit was created on September 26, 1937, bringing together the 99th , 105th and 108th mixed brigades . [ 1 ] The 69th Division was assigned to the I Army Corps , [ 1 ] which covered the Sierra de Madrid front. He had his headquarters in Perales del Canchal . [ 1 ]

He remained at the Sierra front during the rest of the war, without intervening in relevant operations.
