The 6th Revision Senate is a panel of the Federal Administrative Court . He is one of ten revision panels that were formed at the Federal Administrative Court.

Jurisdiction

In the 2018 financial year, the Senate is responsible for matters from the areas [1]

  1. of conscription law and civil service law , insofar as it is a matter of recruitment and dismissal from the employment relationship, including the law of maintenance security and job protection ,

  9. of railway law , insofar as the Federal Network Agency is involved in the procedure or the Federal Republic of Germany involved is represented by the Federal Network Agency
  10. the right of assembly ,
  11. of police and regulatory law, with the exception of regulatory disputes related to the legal areas of other senates,
  12. the law of the constitutional protection authorities and intelligence services , including the information, information and inspection claims directed against these authorities or their files, unless assigned to the 2nd or 5th Revision Senate,
