A&E was a private Spanish pay television channel, owned by AMC Networks International Southern Europe . The channel offered content based on non-fiction entertainment and on telling stories about unusual characters.

On October 2, 2014, A&E broadcasts began, replacing the Bio channel on the same signal that it used before. [ 1 ]

The channel broadcast on the Movistar + , Vodafone TV , Orange TV platforms and local and regional cable operators. In Portugal, it broadcast on the NOS , MEO , NOWO and Vodafone platforms .

On 18 April as as 2018 the channel was replaced by Blaze . [ 2 ]
