André Schaller (* 1973 in Schwedt / Oder ) is a German politician ( CDU ). In the state elections in Brandenburg in 2019 , he was elected to the state parliament of Brandenburg via the state list ( list of members of the state parliament Brandenburg (7th electoral period) ).

Life and work

Until 1992, Schaller attended secondary school and grammar school in Rüdersdorf near Berlin . After his military service in Fürstenwalde , he studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin (1st state examination). He completed his legal clerkship at the Kammergericht (Berlin) (2nd state examination). From 2002 to 2003, Schaller was a practicing lawyer.

In 2011 he completed a correspondence course in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences Wildau . [1]

Schaller is married and has six children. He is of the Protestant denomination.

Political

Schaller was the community representative of Rüdersdorf from 1998 to 2003. From 2004 he was mayor of the community of Rüdersdorf near Berlin. He is deputy chairman of the CDU Rüdersdorf. [2] At the beginning of September 2019, Sabine Löser was elected as his successor as mayor. [3]
