Óscar Andrés Reggiardo Sayán ( Lima , May 11 , 1941 ) is a Peruvian engineer , zootechnician and politician . Well-known Fujimori leader of Peru Safe Homeland and Alliance for the Future , he is the father of Renzo Reggiardo .
He was born in Lima , the son of Andres Reggiardo Rossi and Emilia Sayán.
From 1991 to 1992 he was Head of the National Planning Institute, during the government of Alberto Fujimori .
He worked for the project of the Quinoa Experimental Center of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Bolivia .
He has been a researcher for the OAS multinational Food Technology project .
He was General Manager of the R-3-H mills.
In the Democratic Constituent Congress , he was a member of the Foreign Relations, Inspection, Agrarian, Defense and Internal Order commissions. In the same way, he was part of the Investigative Commission of the Lima Electric Train Contracts .
In the period 1994-1995 he was Third Vice President of the Constituent Congress.
He was a member of the Agrarian, Human Rights, Foreign Relations and Permanent Commission commissions. In the period 1996-1997, he was President of the Agrarian Commission. He was President of the Commission for the Environment, Ecology and Amazonia from 1997 to 1998.
From 1998 to 1999 he was President of the Tourism and Telecommunications Commission
