Andrea Carid, who is known by the nickname "Spi", began her career as a child at Femesala Ourense, a club that later became the current Cidade das Burgas and Ourense Envialia clubs, of which she is currently part of its squad. . [ 3 ]
For personal reasons he had to move years later to Santiago de Compostela, a city in which he combined soccer 11 and futsal (playing at the Funerarias Apostol) until due to incompatibility between the federations, he had to choose between both disciplines, staying with Soccer 11. At this time he began his journey through the second national soccer division, passing during those years through different teams: Aguiño SAD, Pontevedra CF, Orzán SAD and Friol SAD. In this period of time, she was summoned to the Spanish Soccer Team 11 with which she played the European Under-17 Championship, managing to reach the final and be runners-up in Europe. After this championship she was called to train at FC Barcelona for women, but for various reasons her signing was not formalized.
Leaving this time behind, in 2008 she returned to futsal, to play for Ponte Ourense and proclaim herself the league champion in the Honor Division. This year and with this same team they also play the Spanish Cup, although this time they did not win the trophy. During his sports career, he kept jumping for various reasons. In 2011, he started his INEF studies (Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences) at the University of La Coruña.
With his move to La Coruña and with several offers on the table, he decides to return to football 11 for financial reasons, since he needed to cover the needs of his new life, something that unfortunately futsal at that time did not offer him, so he had to choose, once again, between both disciplines, staying this time at Orzán SAD. He played for this team during the 2011-2012 season to later sign for Friol SAD where he played for two seasons.
In the last year of his career, during the 2014/2015 season, he was called by a futsal team, Amarelle FSF with whom he had a great season, thanks to his effort, commitment and self-determination, scoring 12 goals (important fact having take into account her facet) and becoming a relevant player within the team.
After this great season, he signed again for Ourense Envialia, a club in which he is currently active and with which he was proclaimed champion of Galicia a few weeks ago after the achievement of the Xunta Cup (Galicia Cup) in the 2015-2016 season, in this season (2016-2017) he won, together with his team, the Spanish futsal championship, for the first time in the club's history.
In addition to 11-a-side soccer and futsal, she is a regular player for the Galician beach soccer team, attending the championships in Spain, due to incompatibility with her studies, and winning the championship in its last edition. [ 5 ]
