Andreas Hanger (born June 19, 1968 in Waidhofen an der Ybbs ) is an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and managing director. He has been a member of the Austrian National Council since 2013 .

Hanger attended elementary school in Ybbsitz between 1974 and 1978 and at the secondary school in Ybbsitz from 1978 to 1982. Politics and functions

Hanger has been the parish party chairman of the ÖVP Ybssitz since March 20, 1992 and acts as a managing councilor with the departments of finance, culture and regional planning. In April 2008 he became a member of the district executive committee and the district party presidium of the ÖVP Amstetten and has also been part of the district party chairman of the ÖVP Waidhofen an der Ybbs since 2008. In addition, he became a member of the district board of the ÖAAB Amstetten in 2010 .
