Christopher George Marsh founded on 28 October 2004, the company in Leeds in the county of West Yorkshire .  Another address is Dyrham near Chippenham in Wiltshire .  Jacqueline Ann Marsh, who was initially only a secretary, became director on March 6, 2006.  Other directors were Andrew Duncan Gordon on April 4, 2006 Michael John Symons on 25 July 2007.  They began in 2007  with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Farbio. The directorship ended on August 4, 2009 for Symons, February 5, 2010 for Gordon, and November 24, 2010 for Mr. and Mrs. Marsh.  As of 8 April 2010 was Dirigo Limited as director.  2010 ended the production.  On 24 September 2013, the company was dissolved. 
The only model was the GTS . This was a sports car . A V6 engine with a capacity of 3000 cm³ propelled the vehicle. The engine of the coupé was mounted in a mid-engine design behind the seats. With a wheelbase of 267 cm, the vehicle was 421 cm long, 194 cm wide and 117 cm high.
