Florian Joseph Pröll OPraem (born July 6, 1913 in Dietrichschlag near Ulrichsberg , Upper Austria ; † May 19, 1993 in Schlägl , Upper Austria) was a Roman Catholic religious . He was abbot of the Premonstratensian monastery Schlägl .
Florian Pröll first studied forestry (graduate engineer). He joined the order of the Premonstratensians in Schlägl on August 25, 1934 and was ordained a priest on June 29, 1939 in Volders . In 1940/41 he was a cooperator in the Bohemian Friedberg and was drafted into the German Wehrmacht .  After returning from the American prisoner of war, he first religious teacher in Linz (1945-1946) and then Forstkontrollor (1950-1951), Forstinspektor (1951-1953), Forester (1953-1958).
He was the 18th abbot of the Premonstratensian Monastery of Schlägl from 1958 to 1989.
