The flow axoplasm refers to the movement of intracellular material that requires a supply of energy to the same as a potential action , this contains a viscous fluid with neurotubules, neurofilaments, mitochondria , granules and vesicles. If the blood flow to the neuron is compromised, the flow of axoplasm will be slowed. A physical constriction such as a tight bandage can also stop the flow of axoplasm . [ 1 ]
