Javier Miranda Martinez ( Vitoria , 15 of March of 1954 - Pamplona , 26 of March of 2019 ) [ 1 ] was a Spanish businessman, president of the CA Osasuna from 1998 to 2002. [ 2 ]


Miranda was a hospitality entrepreneur who lived as a child in the Rochapea neighborhood of Pamplona .

The 29 of January of 1998 he was president of the CA Osasuna , after winning election to his opponent Pedro Pegenaute . His presidency at the head of the rojillo club was not without controversy due to various events that occurred during his presidency.
